This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on purchases made through Kings Luxury Concepts Pte Ltd / RegalRare Gem Museum Pte Ltd (hereby known as “exclusive distributors”).
General Refund Policy:
1.1. We offer refunds for purchases made via our exclusive distributors in 01 days from the original date of purchase.
1.2. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
1.3. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, such as the credit card used for the transaction or through the app’s integrated payment system.
Refund Process:
2.1. To request a refund, please contact our Customer Support team or visit our designated refund counter within the specified timeframe.
2.2. Provide the original receipt or proof of purchase, along with details of the transaction and any relevant information.
2.3. Our team will review the refund request and assess eligibility based on the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
2.4. Once the refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days.
Non-Refundable Items:
3.1. The following items are generally non-refundable:
– Damaged products that are not related to production.
– Purchases that are beyond 1 business day.
– Items that have been customized or modified according to your request.
– Orders that have exceeded the specified refund timeframe.
Quality or Service Issues:
4.1. If you encounter quality issues with our products, or if you are dissatisfied with the service received, please notify our Customer Support team immediately or report the issue at our designated counter.
4.2. We will investigate and address the issue promptly to ensure your satisfaction.

Cancellations:
5.1. If you wish to cancel an order made through our exclusive distributors, please notify us within the next working day from the purchase.

5.3. If an order has already been prepared or is in progress, cancellation may not be possible, and a refund may not be provided.

6.1. In the event of technical issues with our app or kiosk that prevent or disrupt your purchase, please inform our Customer Support team.
6.2. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, provide appropriate remedies, including refunds.
